I’m a few days late with Sophia’s interview. I actually did interview her on the actual birthday, but then the weekend was super busy and I’m only just now catching my breath from it. I’m so thankful for my sunshine girl and her sweet blooming life. We went on a walk this evening, and I think it’s going to have to be a part of our routine–a way to wind down our evenings and finish the day in a happy place. The other sibs may join us, or not, but she and I are making it our thing. <3

What is your favorite color?  Purple!  I can’t stand purple.  I just love it.  I want it on everything in my room.

What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be a pediatrician

What do you like to do during the day?  I like to play with my friends

What do you like to think about before you fall asleep?  I think about the amazing adventures we’ve been on and the movies.

Is there anything else you’d like to tell me about yourself? I’ve done homeschool for like—I don’t know how many days—but two years.  And it’s been a while. When grandma’s here I like to snuggle up close.

Tell me about what a perfect day would be like for you? The sun up in Japan, and green grass, and all the leaves are bloomed and our house is cleaned. And all the rooms cleaned and the screen done. Then I would go outside while the sun was shining and I would play ball and we would be friends with the people up the hill. And read Harry Potter outside on the deck.
