One of my favorite ways to bust the wiggles with the babies is to take a walk.

Today we just walked a couple blocks down the road and wandered around a grocery store. Bought a couple things we needed for dinner and walked home.

The sun was shining, it was warmish, my babies were smiling, and we all got a little exercise. Perfect day!
